Happy May the 4th!
And we got a new Obi-Wan Kenobi trailer to celebrate 🙂
I have to admit I’m more excited about this at the end of the month than I am about Doctor Strange.
I’m impressed by how epic and cinematic this thing is looking. Deborah Chow directs all six episodes and the story unsurprisingly is about the Inquisitors looking for Obi-Wan and probably any poor force sensitive person who gets in their way.
And also Obi-Wan’s epic guilt. I mean, “like you trained his father?” is a good burn there Owen if only Ewan wasn’t so good and looked like a knife had just gone right into his heart.
There’s only a quick, quick shot of Kumail Nanjiani but just from that flash I’m kind of thinking I shouldn’t get too attached. We don’t see any Darth Vader although it looks like we’re going to see them putting him together… eek! But Moses Ingram looks like she’s going to be plenty formidable!
Anyway Ewan finally returns as Obi-Wan Kenobi on May 27th to Disney+. I hope everyone enjoys the rest of Star Wars Day!

Cannot wait for this! May is a trove of riches for Star Wars and MCU fans!
I’m not a Star Wars fan (I watch them, but not super invested).
However. I am VERY MUCH an Ewan McGregor Obi-Wan fan and I am UNBELIEVABLY excited for this. Also it premieres literally a day off of my birthday and it’s a wonderful present to me XD haha
