Good news: the new Andor trailer looks great!
And considering the mediocre fest of Boba Fett and the disappointment of Kenobi (for me of course) I can’t believe I’m saying that.
Bad news…
They pushed the start date back to September 21st.
I’ve heard theories its because they don’t want it to run with She-Hulk considering what happened with Ms. Marvel.
Unfortunately I don’t believe one had anything to do with the other. And hey Disney+? There are more days in a week to premiere things than Wednesday you know?
If anything considering the tone of this trailer I’d think they wanted to not run against a House of the Dragon debut. But I guess I’ll wait impatiently for September 21st. Hm good Star Wars and the return of pumpkin spice bagels??? I’m looking forward to it.
The cast in this one is amazing and I think Stellan Skarsgard just steals the trailer!
I’m looking forward to something darker and more serious right now. Politics. Backstabbing. Bring it on.
But honestly the best thing I’ve heard about Andor is confirmation they didn’t use the volume and are about as old school as a Star Wars property can get. I think it shows in the trailer. To its benefit 🙂
While I may be waiting impatiently I do have dragons to look forward and August has a crap ton of content so yeah maybe the delay is for the better. Andor looks like it’s going to be a winner though!
