*This ramble contains spoilers for episode 2 of The Falcon and Winter Soldier!
First I want to say I’m happy they are giving us some gray with John Walker but boy was I getting some baby Homelander vibes from him by the end.
I admit I laughed when Sam said the Avengers didn’t get paid but depended on Goodwill. My first thought was how did you guys work that when you were on the run for two years??
But then I remembered Natasha was with them and she probably handled the logistics. Steve was usually best when she had his back anyway.

Now that you’ve been warned let’s talk about that atrocious ending.
Up until this point in the MCU Sam Wilson’s character has kind of made me sad. Probably because his character has mostly been based on STEVE.
And wings.
But mostly Steve.
