Wandavision: Speculating, Ruminating,Theorizing
We are one week away from the first episode of Wandavision which is my most anticipated event of the year (for now anyway) so I thought let’s ruminate, speculate and theorize for a little while.
*This is spoiler free (I don’t know any, don’t want to know any) but I do talk about some casting news, character names and spec from the source materials. So if you want to go in totally blind please keep that in mind.
Warner Brothers Big Play for 2021
So in a shocking bit of news Warner Brothers the studio that a couple months ago was like Tenet is going to theaters come hell or high water just made an announcement that destroys the theatrical window and potentially changes movie going forever.
And interestingly enough puts the ball in Disney’s court concerning the streaming wars.
She-Hulk Casting Is Golden
If you had told me like this morning I’d even be interested in the new She-Hulk show I would have laughed and then Marvel goes and casts one of my favorite actresses whom I was just recently thinking hasn’t gotten nearly the Hollywood attention she deserves since her show ended…

Apparently her real power is the hair.
I mean not only did she never cut it but bouncing around in battle doing all these amazing things and it never gets in her face to allow her enemies to get the better of her. There was actually a moment in a fight scene where all I could think was, “Just grab her hair!” It’s a real testament to not being able to wash it in case the army realizes you aren’t actually a guy.
Best of 2020 (So Far…)
I was going to bemoan the recent movie release date changes and the lack of any good comic-con news but than Taylor Swift surprised everyone delivered a jolt to my disastrous summer and dropped an album last night.
And I assure you folklore is deservedly on the Best of 2020 list already and will no doubt stay there. There will be rambles on this to come 🙂
So here’s a wrap up on the other great things I’ve loved this year! These aren’t in any kind of order but I highly recommend all of them!
The Yoda Species Theory & A Wishlist
Okay so seeing as how it’s Comic-Con at home this month (finally one I can afford!) and a Mandalorian Season 2 trailer should be forthcoming I thought I’d share my wishes for season 2 and my theory on why the Yoda species is so unknown seemingly throughout the galaxy.
