I shall not whine.
I shall not whine.
I shall not whine. I mean it’s only a few more weeks after what we all thought.
Enola Holmes
Directed By: Harry Bradbeer
So watching Millie Bobby Brown charm her scrappy way through Enola Holmes last night I couldn’t help but go back on something I’d been completely against since the idea first came up.
She could play a young Princess Leia.
Well we have a while still until Black Widow (hopefully in November) but if you’re looking for some movie merchandise for yourself or a gift Build a Bear has kindly and maybe unexpectedly provided:
Godzilla King of the Monsters
Directed By: Michael Dougherty
There’s a part in Godzilla where the humans are trying to help him and get him to help us that actually made me break my no talking during films rule. Because I seriously would have been so pissed off if I was him.
Luckily Godzilla is a nicer atomic monster than I would be. Or maybe he just knows Ghidorah will be a better fight. Either way.
Stranger Things
Starring: Winona Ryder, David Harbour, Millie Bobby Brown…
Grade: A+
For once the hype didn’t let me down. I must say I hadn’t even heard of this until a week and a half ago when some of the people I follow started talking about it. I heard “like E.T. and Super 8,” and I knew I had to watch it. I also did something I rarely get to do anymore and I was completely spoiler free.
The show is set in 1983 and centers around the disappearance of Dungeons and Dragons enthusiast Will Byers and the appearance in the woods of a strange girl called Eleven. The show is only eight episodes and it just sucked me in.
